YES!  Add my organization's voice to the call for quality, affordable health care for everyone.

The healthcare4every1 Campaign is the statewide educational and advocacy campaign uniting residents, businesses, and organizations committed to quality, affordable health care for everyone.  Coordinated by the Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut, the campaign seeks to build public and political support for the achievement of universal health care in Connecticut.

Organizations endorsing SustiNet agree to:

1.  Endorse SustiNet:

• Keeps us healthy and takes care of us when we are sick
• Offers us quality health care choices
• Gives us more for our money
• Delivers peace of mind 

2.  Permit the healthcare4every1 Campaign and the Universal Health Care Foundation to publicly list the organization as an endorser of SustiNet.

3. Promote education and advocacy about SustiNet in Connecticut to organizational members, employees, and to the general public.

Your endorsement will be listed on the healthcare4every1 Campaign website and publicized to further promote the healthcare4every1 Campaign.

We request that endorsers of the campaign share the campaign Web site address with their members, put a link on their Web site:  http://www.healthcare4every1.org/, and encourage their members to join the Campaign.  (The website is collecting stories from people experiencing problems with access to health care in Connecticut as well as providing tools to individuals interested in joining the Campaign.)
